Terms of Service

SAGE is an AI visibility audit and optimization platform operated by PurelyLogic LLC. The service analyzes publicly accessible websites and produces structured reports covering SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) performance.

The SAGE Visibility Audit is a one-time, fixed-price service at $299 USD. By purchasing the audit, you agree to the following:

• Deliverable: A structured SAGE audit report covering SEO, AEO, and GEO pillars with scored findings and a prioritized action plan.
• Delivery timeline: Reports are delivered within one (1) business day of purchase and receipt of your website URL.
• Credit toward Fix: The $299 audit fee is credited in full toward any approved SAGE Fix-It engagement initiated within sixty (60) days of the audit delivery date.
• No guarantee of rankings: SAGE provides analysis and recommendations based on current best practices for search engine, AI answer engine, and generative platform visibility. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. Search engine and AI platform algorithms change independently of our work.
• Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of the deliverable, all sales are final once the report has been delivered. If a report is not delivered within the stated timeline, you are entitled to a full refund.

You acknowledge that digital visibility — including search engine rankings, AI-generated citations, and generative platform appearances — is subject to third-party algorithms and factors outside PurelyLogic's control. SAGE provides infrastructure analysis and optimization recommendations. Results vary based on your industry, competition, existing domain authority, and the actions you take based on the report. PurelyLogic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding specific performance outcomes.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs for websites you do not own or have authorization to audit.
• Use SAGE to scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our audit methodology for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls on the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

SAGE, Forge Technology™, and all associated methodologies, reports, and content are the intellectual property of PurelyLogic LLC. Your audit report is licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish audit reports without written permission from PurelyLogic.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurelyLogic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SAGE or reliance on any audit report. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SAGE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
