PurelyLogic LLC is an AI infrastructure engineering company based in Ohio, United States. SAGE is our AI visibility audit and optimization product. For privacy questions, contact us at info@purelylogic.com.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Lead capture form: Name, email address, and website URL when you request a free scan or contact us.
• Payment processing: When you purchase the $299 Visibility Audit, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full card data. Stripe provides us with a transaction confirmation and your billing email only.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, general location (country/region), and device type. GA4 does not give us personally identifiable information.
• Audit data: When you submit a URL for a SAGE audit, we scan that public URL. We do not collect or store any non-public data about your website.

• To deliver the audit report you purchased or requested.
• To send you the results of your free scan or paid audit by email.
• To follow up about your audit findings if you have opted in to further communication.
• To improve the SAGE product and understand how it is being used.
• To process and confirm your payment via Stripe.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your contact information and audit data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Stripe retains payment records per their own retention policy and applicable financial regulations.

We use cookies for analytics (GA4) and to maintain your session if you are logged into the SAGE portal. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the portal may not function without them.

The following third-party services process data on our behalf:

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure API key management, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

SAGE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SAGE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
